Hard metal burs for CAD/CAM technology. These high performance carbide instruments enable optimum surfaces and precise milling results. Due to its design with 2 blades and double clearance on its cutting end, these bevelled zones, ensure an optimum disposition of the forces while in the milling process. During the entrance of the blade, the forces are reduced and the specially designed shape of the point enables a smooth entry into the material. Our SHAPE CAD/CAM Burs are compatible with various systems like VHF®, Amann Girrbach®, Roland®, Wieland® and more.

AC-BLUE COAT

  • Very hard and smooth coating
  • Universal coating for all millable materials, composite, metal and standard zirconium oxide
  • Coating thickness: approx. 1,5µm
  • Basis: Supernitrid ALTiN + SN
  • Coating colour: blue glossy
  • Hardness, HV 0,05: 3.700
  • Coating is electrically conductive
  • Especially suitable for dry processing

DIA-P PREMIUM COATING

  • Nanocrystalline diamond coating
  • Very hard with HV0,5: 10.000
  • Extended life-time
  • Extremely high milling performance
  • Significantly improved coating and shelf-life
  • Specially developped and adapted to the requirements of zirconium processing
  • High edge and wear resistance
  • Layer is not electrically conductive
